- contact the MFC with a passport and SNILS of a foreign citizen. When contacting the service center, a personal account with a confirmed account is immediately registered, or
- order a confirmation code through the Russian Post office to the address of your stay, or
- via online banking.
Registration by temporary residence permit
Documents confirming the right to use residential premises may, for example, be a social tenancy agreement, a rental agreement for residential premises of a state or municipal housing stock (passed state registration), an agreement or other document expressing the content of a real estate transaction, a certificate of state registration of rights or other similar document.
In all cases, the basis for registering a foreign citizen at his place of residence is that he has the right to use the corresponding residential premises, which is located on the territory of our country.

Registration at the place of residence of a foreigner - 2020
In the list of popular government services, we have already named registration of a foreign citizen at the place of residence.
