Registration for an appointment with a government agency is carried out according to the following rules:
- the citizen himself chooses the time that is convenient for him. The system can adjust the appointment time, it all depends on the work schedule of the department where the appointment is being made;

- it is not allowed to make an appointment in your own name while sending another citizen to the institution;
- When registering through the public services portal, you do not need to receive a coupon, since the system sends an alert to the entered e-mail.

The touchscreen kiosks of registration terminals necessary for the formation of electronic queues went into operation at the end of December last year, which was announced at a meeting of the government of the Republic of Crimea on January 30, 2014 by the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications Dmitry Polonsky. How the portal works

- receiving a coupon.
The number of coupons provided is limited. They are issued from half past eight in the morning. Usually by eleven o'clock all the coupons are already sorted.
Via phone call
