Photocopies of the passport and other documents for the international passport
Taking into account the employee’s written request, HR department employees are obliged to:
- Put a mark on the last form: “Working at the present time.”
- Create an order to issue a document.
- Do not refuse to accept the employee’s application.
- Make a photocopy of the entire book or required pages.
- Certify the copies with the seal and signature of the manager.
- Consider the application within 3 days.
According to the information from the copied sheets, GUVM or MFC employees will verify the completed data in the employment application section. Until 2012, migration rules required the presentation of copies of the applicant’s employment document, certified by the enterprise.
For more than seven years this requirement has not been imposed on the applicant.
Now you don’t have to submit copies at all or attach them to the package of documents without a mark from the HR department. But the legislative relaxations did not affect all Russians.
What do you need to know about a copy of the work book? The state has identified two groups of persons who must submit copies of their work records without fail:
- Unemployed or registered with the labor exchange.
- Those who work at the enterprise unofficially.
The inspector verifies the employment status of each applicant.
If it is easy to check an official employee by calling the HR department, then such a check is excluded with unofficial employees and the unemployed. You need to make a copy of the first page. It indicates the full name and date of issue of the work book.
You should also make copies of sheets with records for the past 10 years in chronological order.
The validity period of a certified copy of the work book when applying for a foreign passport is no more than one month.
If the deadline is missed, the applicant will have to make photocopies again. In other circumstances, it is allowed to extend the document by the head of the enterprise if it is marked in writing with a seal. After making any changes to the work book, the previously made copy becomes invalid.

How to copy your passport to apply for a visa to Spain
This is not the case with Spain.

To avoid misunderstandings, it is better to look at the sample on the Internet. Compliance is required. If this requirement is not taken into account, the entire package of documents may be returned. An original internal ID is not required. However, a photocopy of it must be included in the package.

How to make a photocopy of documents for obtaining a passport
