Traveling with children requires filling out a separate form for each child, and it is also necessary to prepare a separate package of documents, even if the minor is included in the parent’s passport. A visa for a child traveling without one parent or accompanied by third parties is possible only if a notarized consent to leave the country is provided from the second parent (or both parents).

How to apply for a visa to Singapore

The official website of the Singapore Embassy in Moscow states that the rights to issue visas have been transferred to authorized visa agencies. A list of them is provided here. It is changing, so I won’t duplicate it here, but will leave a link.

These include visa centers Pony Express and VFC Global, which is also authorized to issue visas to Hungary. You must appear at these visa centers in person with a package of documents. The main disadvantage of this method is the need to go to the visa center in person.

Residents of Russia can apply for an electronic visa to Singapore without leaving home. Considering that this method is much more convenient, I will tell you more about it later. Moreover, the story is based on personal experience.

There are several intermediaries who prepare electronic documents in Singapore, but their requirements for documents are almost the same.

Applying for a Singapore visa through the Asia Visa Application Center

The most convenient way to obtain a Singapore visa is to submit an application to the Asian Visa Application Centre.

You can provide documents in person, in paper form, on weekdays, from 9:00 to 19:00; Electronic applications are accepted 24 hours a day.

The applicant receives a visa confirmation by e-mail, which indicates his personal data, the validity period of the visa received, and the number of days of permitted stay in Singapore. The visa confirmation has a unique number, and the details of the issued visa are encrypted in the barcode. The received official confirmation must be printed for presentation at Singapore airport at passport control.
