Family immigration to Australia

Having family ties or marriage relationships with Australian residents allows you to obtain one of the family visas. As a rule, a sponsorship procedure is used to guarantee financial support for new immigrants after arriving in the country.

Who can get a family visa to Australia?

1. Spouse of an Australian resident. The condition is that you have been married for at least 1 year.
2. Australian resident bride/groom The visa is issued to persons located outside of Australia. Marriage must be formalized within 9 months after moving.
