Migration registration or, as it is also called, temporary registration is a generally mandatory procedure for all foreigners. Coming to the Russian Federation with or without a visa, every foreigner must register with the migration service (formerly with the Federal Migration Service, today with the Main Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs). This is how he legalizes his stay on the territory of the Russian Federation. This procedure is quite standard, but for citizens of different countries it may have distinctive features. Today there are two ways to register foreigners with migration registration. The first assumes that the registration is handled by the receiving party. - not all required documents have been submitted;
- the validity of the identification document presented by the Tajik has expired.

How does deregistration of a Tajik occur at the place of residence in 2021?
There must be a reason to deregister a Tajik. Like all foreigners, he can be deregistered in the following standard situations:
- When registering at a new place of residence.
